Recent Decisions:
Mr. Newman recently secured a federal jury award of $1.37 million in McClain v. Pfizer, Inc., a trial which took approximately 3 weeks. The jury found in favor of Mrs. McClain, and the case is currently pending for the decisions post-trial including a motion for attorney's fees and punitive damages which the jury found was justified.

Recent Decisions:
In December of 2009, Mr. Creed reached a confidental settlement of $950,000 in a medical malpractice case at the commencement of trial. He also secured a jury trial verdict and settlement of over $1 million against a surgeon and hospital in 2006. In this case the jury awarded more damages than was requested.
